An ultrasonic skin spatula has a stainless steel blade that sends ultrasonic vibrations with a frequency rate of 30,000 Hz per second. The ultrasonic vibrations effectively exfoliate the skin. Sound waves draw excess oils, dead skin cells, and debris out of the pores. Great for congested, oily pr acne skin.
