What should I do to prepare for my treatment session? • Avoid using retinoids and exfoliating agents for a few days before the procedure. • Inform your skincare professional of any medical conditions or medications you are currently taking. • Avoid extended sun exposure at least 2 weeks prior to treatment.
How long is a treatment and will there be any downtime? • A treatment can be for a single blemish (a few minutes) or up to a 30 minute session. • Depending on the treatment, there may be a small area of superficial crusting over the treated blemish for which the recovery time is minimal. • Mineral makeup can be used after 24 hours.
How many treatments are usually needed to achieve optimal results? • The number of treatments needed to achieve optimal results can vary depending on the type of imperfection being addressed, the size of the area, and individual factors. In general, most patients require one to three sessions. • Follow-up sessions are a $35 flat fee per area- (eg. face, chest/neck, hands).
