SCAR RELAXATION NEEDLING
Standard facial microneedling refreshes the surface—but Scar Relaxation Needling is a deep, structural treatment engineered to break down and reconstruct dense, rigid scar tissue.
Using a precision device paired with NueConceal Regen—a premium, medical-grade amino acid and collagen complex—we target tight fibrotic bands to replace hard scar tissue with smooth, flexible skin.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MICRONEEDLING FOR COLLAGEN vs SCARS? Let’s talk about the difference between standard facial microneedling and structural scar remodeling. While traditional microneedling works beautifully on the superficial layers of the skin to boost a radiant glow, Scar Relaxation Needling goes much deeper to physically reconstruct dense, restricted tissue. This advanced, inkless treatment works by meticulously breaking up the rigid fibrotic bands hidden deep within a scar. By pairing a specialized precision device with NueConceal Regen—a high-potency, premium medical-grade complex of amino acids and hydrolyzed collagen—we force the body to replace chaotic scar patterns with smooth, flexible, and organized new collagen.
BENEFITS: - Softens & Relaxes: Restores movement to tight, restricted scars. - Smooths Texture: Flattens raised ridges and plumps uneven indentation. - Balances Color: Calms dark hyperpigmentation and wakes up natural skin tone in white scars. - Preps for Camouflage: Creates a soft, flawless canvas for optimal pigment blending.
IS MY TREATMENT AREA SMALL, MEDIUM OR LARGE: * Please note, below are examples, your artist will determine area size at your consultation. 🔹 Small Area ($350) Typically covers a single, linear surgical scar or a very localized spot under 3–4 inches. - Facelift Scars (e.g., around the ears or hairline) - Arthroscopic / Laparoscopic Keyhole Scars (e.g., small orthopedic knee or shoulder incisions, gallbladder surgery marks) - Thyroidectomy / Neck Surgery Scars - Small Traumatic Scars (e.g., localized old cuts or minor accident marks) - Liposuction Entry Port Scars 🔸 Medium Area ($475) Typically covers moderate surgical incisions, standard bi-lateral paths, or localized stretch mark patches. - C-Section Scars - Breast Augmentation / Reduction / Lift Scars (e.g., anchor, lollipop, or periareolar incision lines—includes both sides) - Appendix Surgery Scars - Spinal / Lower Back Surgical Scars - Localized Stretch Mark Patches (e.g., just the inner thighs or a specific patch on the lower abdomen) ⬜ Large Area ($599) Typically covers expansive, continuous surgical lines or wide-spread structural tissue zones. - Full Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty) Scars (hip-to-hip incision lines) - Brachioplasty (Arm Lift) Scars or Thighplasty (Thigh Lift) Scars (includes both sides) - Mastectomy or Deep Reconstruction Scars (includes both sides) - Large Traumatic Injury / Skin Graft Sites * Expansive Stretch Mark Zones (e.g., entire abdomen, full outer hips, or full glutes)
HOW MANY TREATMENTS WILL I NEED? It is recommended for most patients to receive a series of 3-6 treatments spaced about 4-6 weeks apart for their initial treatment. For patients with deep wrinkles, advanced photo-aging, stretch marks or acne scars it is recommended to receive 6-8 sessions at 6-week intervals. 1-3 treatments per year are recommended for maintenance.
WHEN WILL I SEE RESULTS? Most clients should anticipate 3 to 6 sessions spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart to achieve optimal structural remodeling and skin relaxation, though initial changes in texture and pliability can often be felt after just one treatment. Save up to $347 when purchasing a 3 session package compared to single session rates.
WHO IS NOT A GOOD CANDIDATE While scar relaxation needling is highly effective for structural tissue remodeling, it is not suitable for everyone. You are not a candidate for this treatment if you have or are experiencing any of the following: - Active Keloid Scarring: History of true keloid scars (scars that grow significantly beyond the boundaries of the original wound). - Recent Scars: Scars that are less than 6 months old (the tissue must be fully mature and healed before treating). - Active Skin Conditions: Infections, inflamed acne, eczema, psoriasis, or open wounds in the targeted treatment area. - Scleroderma or Collagen Vascular Diseases: Conditions that impair the body's natural wound-healing response. - Recent Isotretinoin Use: Use of Accutane or isotretinoin within the past 6 months. - Pregnancy or Nursing: Due to the specialized active ingredients in the premium serum complex. - If you have a history of cold sores and are treating a scar near the face or lips, an antiviral medication must be taken prior to your session.
RECOVERY & WHAT TO EXPECT Day 1–3 (The "Sunburn" Phase): Expect the area to look red, slightly swollen, and feel warm or tight—similar to a moderate sunburn. Day 4–7 (The Regenerative Phase): As the skin begins to repair at a cellular level, light flaking, peeling, or mild itching is completely normal. AFTERCARE: You will receive specific aftercare instructions to keep the area clean and deeply hydrated. Avoid direct sun exposure, intense sweating, swimming, and makeup/perfumes on the treated zone for at least 72 hours. Because we are remodeling deep tissue rather than just treating the surface, the internal healing process takes time. You will feel structural improvements in texture and pliability continue to develop over the next 4 to 6 weeks.
WHEN TO CHOOSE NEEDLING BEFORE SCAR CAMOUFLAGE For the best aesthetic outcome, Scar Relaxation Needling should always be your first step if your scar has any texture or pigment restrictions. Choose structural needling first if your scar is: - Raised, bumpy, or uneven: Ink cannot flatten a scar; needling must smooth the surface first. - Tight or restricted: Needling releases the rigid tissue bands so the skin can move naturally. - Dark (Hyperpigmented): Tattooing flesh-toned ink over dark pigment can result in a muddy, unnatural appearance. Needling helps lighten and stabilize the color first. Once the skin canvas is flat, pliable, and stabilized, we can seamlessly transition to a permanent scar camouflage tattoo to blend the color perfectly with your natural skin tone.
